COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Coronavirus Safety Measures

The health and well-being of the residents, visitors and staff is our top priority.  We are actively monitoring updates regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following precautions and guidelines provided by the CDC and Federal, State and local officials. To help minimalize the exposure of COVID-19, the City of Manning would like to encourage all customers to pay your water bill online or leave your payment in our night deposit box (No cash payments please).

To that end, complete your online payment by going to our website, www.cityofmanning.org , click on the blue tab that says “make a utility payment”. Enter your account number from your paper bill and follow the prompts.  Payments made after 5 pm will be posted the next business day.  Again, you may also drop your payment in our night deposit box, located on the side of our building on the N. Mill Street side.

Business License payments can be sent by mail.  If you are a new business or have questions concerning your business or zoning permits, please contact our Business Licensing Department at 803-435-8477, extension 5118.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
